**About Us**: Indigenous Youth Services (IYS) is committed to empowering Indigenous youth by offering culturally inclusive, evidence-based support to promote their holistic well-being. **Position Overview**: The Director of Services will oversee program development and management, ensuring our services meet the unique needs of Indigenous youth. This role involves collaborating with communities, managing support teams, and leading initiatives that promote growth and self-determination among our youth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead program strategy and development aligned with IYS’s mission.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally responsive and compassionate care.
- Cultivate partnerships with Indigenous communities, elders, and leaders.
- Implement evidence-based methods and assess program outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in youth services, with a focus on Indigenous communities.
- Strong understanding of Indigenous cultural values and traditions.
- Proven leadership and program management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
