We’re seeking a **Clinic Lead** - an energetic, detail-oriented leader who ensures smooth daily operations, drives sales and service excellence, and acts as the vital link between clinic teams and head office.

**Position Overview**

The Clinic Lead is responsible for daily clinic performance, staff coordination, and guest experience excellence. This role blends guest care, leadership, administration, and business development, ensuring the clinic meets operational, financial, and service goals.

**Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence**
- Oversee **Zenoti** and **HyperConnect** scheduling to maximize clinic utilization
- Manage guest care processes, including refunds, corrections, and service recovery
- Maintain clinic readiness, presentation, and cleanliness standards
- Manage ordering and supply flow (medical, retail, consumables, and sharps)
- Support and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

**Team Leadership & Development**
- Onboard, train, and mentor new team members
- Lead daily huddles and weekly team meetings
- Conduct monthly check-ins and support annual performance reviews
- Approve vacation and treatment requests
- Foster a goal-oriented, positive, and professional culture

**Sales & Guest Experience**
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance
- Ensure all new clients receive VISIA Skin Analysis and consult follow-up
- Support service promotions and in-clinic events
- Track VISIA-to-treatment conversions and rebooking rates
- Manage guest feedback and sales processes

**Administration & Coordination**
- Track bank deposits, orders, and payroll submissions
- Maintain accurate injectable and retail inventory reporting
- Manage Zenoti updates, product/service corrections, and refunds
- Communicate regularly with head office and coordinate with vendors and marketing

**Professional Standards**
- Uphold True Balance’s brand, confidentiality, and “no gossip” policy
- Model professionalism, accountability, and proactive leadership
- Focus on advancing the clinic’s performance and culture

**Growth & Compensation Progression**

Clinic Leads demonstrating excellence (KPI achievement for 3 consecutive months and positive leadership reviews) are eligible for **promotion to Clinic Manager**.

A structured **90-day onboarding and training program** provides full leadership readiness, KPI coaching, and operational certification through hands-on, guided modules.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
