**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an **Assistant Technician in Animal Care** student position to join our team located in **Laval (Institut Armand Frappier site**).

**How will you have an impact?**

As an Assistant Technician, you will be responsible for the well-being of our laboratory animals. Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

- Salary:_
- Basic : $16.25 / hour;
- Weekend $2.75 premium added to your hourly rate
- After 37,5 h: Overtime paid at time and a half
- Holiday: Paid at double time
- 15h/wk mostly for week-end

**What will you work on?**

You will be responsible for the well-being of the animals. You will ensure that they are well fed, their environment is clean and that they are handled with care. You will oversee their physical and enrichment activities while respecting protocol.
