Role Description

We are seeking a Leasing Manager for an on-site role located in Calgary AB. The Leasing Manager will oversee lease-related activities, including coordinating lease agreements, managing property viewings, maintaining relationships with prospective renters and clients, and ensuring high occupancy rates. Additional responsibilities include market research, competitive analysis, assisting in the marketing of available properties, and providing superior service to tenants and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help create a seamless and professional leasing process that aligns with MLA Canada's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of leasing processes, real estate industry practices, and market trends
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant tools or software systems for property management and leasing
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and implementing leasing strategies
  • Experience in real estate sales or property management is an asset
