Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong knowledge of electrical systems, computer networking, and low voltage technologies.

**Duties**:

- Install, maintain, and repair packaging systems and weighing equipment
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex technical issues
- Configure and install electro-mechanical systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Provide training to clients on the proper use of equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and operating software
- Proficiency in computer networking and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with electro-mechanical machines
- Knowledge of retail weighing and packaging equipment

Note: This is a paid position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per hour

Additional pay:
