ADESA Canada is the largest wholesale vehicle auction and automotive re-marketing services company in Canada. ADESA provides state-of-the art facilities and technologies to help consumers and businesses buy and sell used cars, trucks, RVs, boats, motorcycles and heavy equipment.

Please note: This is a 6-month fixed term position “in-office” (no remote or hybrid is available).

**Responsibilities**:

- Process dealerblock and offsite sales in AMS
- Auction to Auction and other requested customer billings
- Coding and scanning of auctioneers invoices and other suppliers invoice to Accounts Payable
- Processing credit adjustments and/or voiding charges in AMS
- Other duties as assigned

Educational/Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent in education/experience
- Basic accounting knowledge required
- Knowledgeable in Google Workspace
- Excellent data entry skills (quick & accurate)
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented and have proven ability to multitask
- PeopleSoft and AMS experience an asset
