**JOB OBJECTIVE**:
The technical advisor is responsible for welcoming and responding to our customers' requests. They must provide excellent customer service to ensure that the customer's experience at our dealership meets their expectations.

**Schedule**: Monday to friday

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full time

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and organize maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Welcome and satisfy the customer during the maintenance process.
- Ensure impeccable service and follow-up.
- Perform any other related tasks.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Strong focus on customer service and proactivity.
- Excellent stress management, teamwork.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Honesty, integrity, courteousness, and autonomy.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- Over 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
- Asset - Technical advisor diploma (DEP).
- Asset - Experience in the truck industry.

**OBJECTIF DU POSTE**:
Le conseiller technique a comme responsabilité d’accueillir et de répondre aux demandes de nos clients. Il doit lui offrir un excellent service à la clientèle afin que l’expérience du client dans notre concessionnaire soit à la hauteur de ses attentes.

**Horaire de travail disponible**: Lundi au vendredi
**Contrat**: Temps plein, permanent
**Salaire**: À discuter

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Planifier et organiser la maintenance et les entretiens mécaniques
- Appliquer les procédures de qualité en vigueur
- Accueillir et satisfaire le client durant le processus d’entretien
- Assurer un service et un suivi impeccable
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes

**ÉTUDE/EXPÉRIENCE**:

- Expérience de plus de 6 mois dans le domaine du service à la clientèle
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à oral et à l’écrit
- Atout - DEP de conseiller(ère) technique

- Expérience dans le domaine du camion
