About Us:
Capital Recreation is a growing RV dealership proudly working with Forest River and Thor brands. We’re passionate about helping families get out and explore with confidence, and we’re looking for a Parts & Service Advisor to join our team.
Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle OEM/manufacturer warranty claims (Forest River, Thor, etc.) from start to finish
- Greet customers and assist with service and parts inquiries
- Open and manage customer and internal work orders
- Coordinate between the sales and service teams to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain accurate records in our computer systems and keep inventory organized
- Assist in the shop with light duties when the desk is quiet
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
- Work occasional weekends as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience handling OEM/manufacturer warranty claims is required (Forest River and Thor strongly preferred)
- Strong computer proficiency (a must-have for this role)
- Background in RV, automotive, or powersports service/parts is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and step into different roles as needed
- Team-oriented with a hands-on attitude
