**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the appropriate materials and methods for each project.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for caulking and other finishing tasks.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of painting with overall project goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their preferences and project progress.
- Conduct touch-ups and repairs as needed to ensure the highest quality finish.
- Estimate cost and material
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and caulking equipment effectively.
