Full-time position
- Prepare flight operation related documentation
- Supporting and coordinating passenger service operations on a daily basis including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport
- Assist passengers with general customer service and provide required information
- Assist passengers in case of misconnections/cancellations/delays
- Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers
- Comply with all security requirements
- Complete documentation required to clear aircraft upon arrival and/or departure
- Coordinate with airport authority for flight operational handling
- Coordinate with relevant departments within the company and follow direction given by company management and supervisors; assists in all areas as assigned

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Must have post-secondary or equivalent higher education diploma
- Experience in airline industry preferred
- Must be able to hold and maintain all required airport security clearance
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, with a clean driving abstract
- Must be able to work on days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pro-active communication style with ability to read and write in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Display proficiency with computers, learning new concepts and systems quickly
- Must be adequately vaccinated against COVID-19

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
