What You’ll DoLead continuous improvement initiatives and projects focusing on team processes and building our Employer Brand.-
- Identify and source appropriate talent for global roles.- Develop and implement recruitment campaigns for passive talent.- Source, attend and manage follow-up for a variety of recruitment events.- Manage external recruitment firm relationships.
Experience You’ll Bring-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.- Substantial Technical / Technology recruitment experience is required.- Demonstrated achievement in sourcing for hard-to-find resources.- Strong business relationship skills (communications and interpersonal).- Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency.- Expertise in sourcing, recruitment techniques and best practices.-
- Experience working on high volume of roles and managing multiple priorities.- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).- You are an independent thinker and can work with mínimal supervision.
