**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Facilitate business intelligence gathering, reporting & commentary for both internal and external users.
- In conjunction with the IT team, provide Database Management & SQL support to the Data

Analytics team.
- Interact with all OK Tire teams to learn what is required to provide them with proactive reporting to feed decision making and assist with new initiatives.
- Assist the Business Analyst in preparing performance reports for key stakeholders.
- Monitor the data integrity of data collection systems.
- Assist in the development of predictive models to assist with the evaluation of potential business decisions.
- Assist with establishing a comprehensive, efficient, and focused process for reporting on business performance against performance metrics.
- Communicate issues with system-wide implications to the appropriate internal and external contacts.
- Participate in ongoing decisions regarding study design, data collection, data analysis, and methodology.
- Bring forward new ideas and concepts for reporting or analysis that will support decision making on a Company wide basis.
- Take ownership of multiple regular reports and maintain the creation & distribution of them.
- In conjunction with other members of the Business Systems and Data Analytics team, work to create usable & concise core libraries of reports to support all Corporate users while, at the same time, maintaining these libraries to prevent the inclusion of redundant reports.
- In conjunction with other members of the Business Systems and Data Analytics team work to create and maintain a priority list of requests to ensure focus is maintained on the highest priority items.
- Ensure all report data is validated for accuracy prior to release.

**Some of the traits and experience you would bring include**:
▪ Experience with statistical analysis, data modeling, database management and SQL query language (postgresql preferred).

▪ Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
▪ Experience with data warehouse / data lake systems.
▪ Ability to become the Subject Matter Expert for various B.I. tools.
▪ Ability to clearly present ideas and concepts in an instructional manner to be able to share in leading educational sessions for our B.I. tool.
▪ Ability to develop variables and an analytical approach in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
▪ A focused, self-starting individual who will take ownership of a task when delegated to them.
▪ Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- Superior organization - the ability to work simultaneously on a variety of complex projects, and to determine priorities and balance workflow, balancing changing workload expectations and frequent interruptions.
- Demonstrated initiative to take a solution-oriented approach to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

**You education/experience includes**:
▪ 3+ years of previous industry related knowledge or experience in Inventory
Management/Procurement, Operations or Finance would be preferred.

▪ PLog, College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management would be desirable.

▪ SQL (postgresql preferred) knowledge and practical experience.
▪ “INFOR” ERP Cloud suite experience is preferred and/or other ERP solution experience.
▪ Experience with SQL-based Business Intelligence and reporting is preferred.
▪ Microsoft Power BI knowledge and practical experience.
▪ Microsoft office software suite and Advanced Excel skills/knowledge.
