**General Summary**:
Coleman Technologies Inc. is looking for a motivated, eager, and enthusiastic IT Support Technician. As an IT Support Technician, you will be supporting issues via a ticketing system - both remote and on-site.

**What you get to do every single day**:

- Work with a team or independently to support and respond to service tickets. This includes challenges like adding/creating new user accounts, password resets, adding a printer, navigating a server, installing or re-installing programs and assigning users to distribution lists to name a few.
- Logging and monitoring support tickets and escalating issues when necessary.
- Deployment and Setup of desktops and laptops.
- Helping users minimize downtime and increase productivity.
- Maintain appropriate documentation on all systems and procedures.
- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems.
- Support issues pertaining to Office 365, Active Directory and other hardware and software-related problems.
- Assist with VPN and other network issues.

**Qualification and Skills Required**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Networking, Computer Systems, or Information Systems. 
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role. 
- Have an interest in technology and a willingness to learn. 
- Knowledge and understanding of various IT concepts and technologies.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with PCs and Networks.
- Knowledge in areas like Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Networking.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must work well in team environments while possessing the ability to work independently when required.
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA A+/Network+ are considered an asset.
- Willingness to develop professionally.

**Nice to have**:

- Previous MSP experience.
- Microsoft Certification in Office 365, Server Administration.
- Experience in ConnectWise Manage ticketing system.
- Experience in N-central RMM and Kaseya VSA.
- Experience in ITGlue.
- Experience in Datto Backup and Disaster Recovery.
- Experience in Networking and SonicWall & other firewalls.

**Salary**: From $47,000.00 per year
