- **Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen**:

- **Is comfortable preparing soups from scratch, making house-made pizzas, and crafting featured sandwiches on a daily basis**:

- **Holds a Food Handler's Certificate or is willing to obtain certification within 2 weeks of hire date**
