Pay Rate - $27.50 Plus bonuses and Gas Allowance

Salary will be reviewed after 4 months and will be increased up to $60,000/year based on performance.

A Sales Manager, you are responsible to lead a team of other employees to meet sales goals. Your duties include suggesting products to customers, offering useful upgrades when needed, and promoting the company’s edible oil products.

**Your duties and responsibilities**
- Helping create marketing and advertising strategies
- Managing employees, including sales team members by motivating them to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
- Researching ways to penetrate new markets
- Training new sales team to use company software and successful sales techniques
- Resolving disputes between employees
- Developing new sales strategies
- Analyzing sales statistics to determine the performances of different products and salespeople
- Using software to record sales and monitor employees
- Communicating with customers, department heads, and a variety of other individuals
- Developing strategies for products and services to meet targets
- Establishing sales objectives by analyzing markets and projecting sales volumes
- Maintaining sales volume by tracking key performance indicators such as economic indicators
- Leading a team of sales representatives, regional sales managers and other professionals to improve customer service
- Maintaining healthy relationships with new and existing clients, and building a strong customer base
- Keeping up-to-date with developments, trends, and advancements related to sales and marketing
- Attending conferences and training managers and other representatives

- The ability to use sales software and other sales tools

**Experience requirements**

The job requires 3 to 5 years of sales experience and at least a year of experience as a manager.

**Salary**: $15.50-$40.63 per hour
