About the Role
The Brand Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and directing specific brands in plazas within the 400 & 401 Highways. This position is accountable building strong relationships with the brand representatives for achieving brand-specific financial goals, Achieving the highest standards in the brand and with audits, working with the plaza teams and HR on development from initial hire to performance and promotion of employees. Performs all other responsibilities as directed.
**Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
Responsible for specific brand operations in multiple plaza locations and ensures delivery of the highest level of quality, service, sanitation, and customer relations.
- Manage brand relationships with assigned brand(s).
- Coordinate and manage brand-specific audits, actions, and follow-up.
- Oversee all brand-specific inventory and control in the plazas.
- Partners with brand management to ensure compliance with applicable brand standards, policies, practices, and objectives.
- Working shoulder to shoulder in plazas where brands are not meeting standards.
- Continuously evaluates daily brand operations and seeks opportunities to improve brand service and standards.
- Develops, maintains, and fosters growth of brand and joint venture partner relationships.
- Requires a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and new systems to be implemented.
- Requires excellent time and project management skills, as well as demonstrated presentation skills
- Demonstrates knowledge of product, quality, and operations standards
- Shows the ability to communicate with diverse groups of associates, managers, brand partners, and the public in various settings and situations.
- Passion for Service, talking to customers, building rapport, credibility, and trust, finding out wants and needs, in addition recognizing factors that may impact customer satisfaction.
- Contributes to a positive work environment by willing sharing information and knowledge, celebrating the successes of others and maintaining a pleasant, cordial, and respectful demeanor. Embraces change and promotes teamwork in the pursuit of companywide goals and objectives.
- Builds a culture of development, provides mentoring and guidance in how to strengthen knowledge and skills to improve personal and organizational performance.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or College diploma in business, marketing, advertisement, or related fields
- 2-5 years prior experience in QSR. Brand-specific experience is an asset.
- Hungry to learn and join a team that aspires to deliver growth with a relentless focus on brand standards and the guest experience.
- Collaborative communication style rooted in strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be able to drive to various plazas across Ontario weekly.
- QSR or hospitality industry experience is an asset.
