**WE ARE HIRING** and looking for an influential and highly motivated Logistics Coordinator with Intermodal Pricing and Ocean Container experience to join our growing team **TODAY**. Can be based in Edmonton or Abbotsford.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible from the beginning of the process to the end. Entering the orders into TMW and building a manifest, dispatching the driver, following up until the POD is in the system and the order is ready for billing. To do this you are in constant communication with drivers as well as our customers. You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries, preplanning freight for return trips.Tracing intermodal containers and pricing drayage jobs.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Dispatcher in the transportation field with 3 years minimum experience required
- Experience in scheduling trucks for live orders and projects
- Experience and knowledge of Canadian shipping regulations and practices.
- Ocean Container dispatch experience is required for this role
- Intermodal pricing experience is required for this role
- This position requires an individual who is adaptable; self-motivated, results driven and a team player.
- Successful with building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- An expert at multi-tasking and effectively managing changing priorities.
- High level of detail in performing tasks.
- Proactive, able to identify early on any potential issues, and to implement solutions.
- Experienced with TMW and Microsoft Office is required
