responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Cleaning duties
- verify customer age for restricted product sales (ie. tobacco & lotto)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in English language

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer service. Your ability to effectively communicate with customers, showcase product knowledge, and meet sales targets will contribute to the success of our organization. We are seeking individuals who are organized, have strong English language skills, and possess technical sales experience. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
