Nuba's Catering Department has been growing exponentially and looking for new staff to join our dynamic, tight knit and hardworking team.
The position of a Catering cook & Driver is a full-time position; Lots of room to grow with our kitchen and company as a whole We are kind-hearted people, looking for team members that share similar values and traits to love belonging to the Nuba family as much as we do.

**Must be versatile in the kitchen and within the team**:

- Prioritization: be able to keep time checks, and organize what needs to be done in order
- Initiation: be able to leadership in filling in the gaps, identify tasks to be done, and keep busy
- Efficiency: be able to accomplish given tasks up to standard in a timely manner
- Independence & Team Spirit: be able to work on your own as well as with other team members
- Good Communication: be able to correspond in English, read & write orders, as well as communicate with team members within catering and other operations at Nuba
- Growth Mindset: be able to accommodate and adapt to change, and think of ways to improve operation
- Positive attitude: be able to present enthusiasm and support to team members, management and customers
- Detail oriented: be able to identify small details and follow policies closely

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Food prep and plating up to quality and standard
- Executing and delivering catering orders in a timely manner
- Quality customer service
- Prompt and professional problem resolution

Preference will be given to individuals who share similar values with Nuba and are looking to grow with the company (long term position).

Full-time position (30-40 hours), starting hourly wage at $20/hour.
Flexible availability - including evenings and weekends

Driver’s license with minimum 5 years’ experience

If not a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident, work permit must be open status and valid for at least 12 months.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
