We care for both the properties and the people. We take our time-on-site, offering full horticultural care. This is not a mow and blow team. You will be working on big yards, little yards, oceanfront properties, and everything in between.
**The Position**:
Do you just want to wake up and garden? Are you looking for a job where you can work outside with great people, get ripped, and get paid for it? If you are passionate about working outside, caring for plants, and want to be part of an awesome team, then let’s do this This is a full-time, permanent position.
**The Dirty Work**:
- Be kind and patient with little old ladies who want their garden to be done their way.
- Safely use small gas and electric tools (mowers, trimmers, shears, blowers, etc)
- Collaborating with designers to offer expanded design/installation services.
- Paying attention to safety details so you don’t get hurt.
- Communicating with team members/supervisors regularly to keep everyone in the loop and keep client requests updated.
**Qualifications**:
- You are a happy, positive person.
- You have 2 years of experience on a maintenance crew or substantial horticultural knowledge and background.
- You prefer being outdoors.
- You can keep a good pace and high standards at the same time.
- You can tell a plant from a weed.
- You like tangible results.
- Able to lift to 60 lbs and then do it again and again.
- Be able to perform numerous physical work tasks required by this position.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
