**Tasks**:

- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Prepare production and other reports
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Set up machines and equipment
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Oversee safety of operations

- More than 20 people
- Central control and process operators, mineral and metal processing
- Foundry workers
- Inspectors and testers, mineral and metal processing
- Labourers in mineral and metal processing
- Machine operators, mineral and metal processing
