You will drive meaningful change by ensuring employees feel seen, supported, and equipped to succeed. This is a hands‑on role: your time will be spent on the floor, partnering closely with your team. You’ll help refine and elevate our VSOPs, update work instructions, strengthen development plans for foundry personnel, and enhance our safety, quality, and production systems to support continued improvement.
