**Some of what you will do**:
Manages and coordinates complex contracts and key client programs such as OECM, Government SA, St. Joseph’s Agreement. Vendor liaison and administrator for new contract furniture vendors onboarding and roll out. Maintains current vendor profiles, contract pricing refresh, product offerings, promotions, standards programs and updates and communicates nationally through regular newsletter bulletins. Responsible for supporting sales in creating and producing presentation and training decks for internal teams to effectively support the client experience and generate sales opportunities.

**Specifically, You Will**:

- Maintain hard copy files and database for contract refresh programs.
- Develop and maintain pricing and process documents to support contracts.
- Maintain hard copy files and database of all vendor profiles assuring they are continually up to date.
- Creates contract training documents in partnership with National Furniture trainer.
- Supports strategic sales initiatives and campaigns by organizing reports and marketing collateral.
- Develops presentations that creatively demonstrate our company’s features and benefits that are attractive and easy to read to support contracts.
- Works closely with and provides support to our Proposal Specialist to meet response timelines and provide back up.
- Establish and maintain design library standards nationally for each region.Investigate and develop on-line opportunities to streamline access to information i.e. vendor programs, on-line library/catalogue, standards programs.

**Some of what you need**:

- College diploma and or University Level Degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in contract furniture industry.
- Proficient with MS Office Products - specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Project.
- Working knowledge and experience in reading AutoCAD/install drawings.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD and 20/20.
- Artistically inclined, able to work with graphics.4-6 years contract furniture industry knowledge and experience, preferably in project management/coordination or key account management.
