About the Role:
We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator with experience in trucking, construction, municipal operations, or industrial equipment to support the maintenance operations of our heavy duty equipment. This is a dynamic and hands-on position that combines planning, inventory control, and operational coordination.

You will be responsible for creating maintenance schedules, managing spare parts inventory, coordinating with technicians and vendors, and ensuring our equipment is maintained safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for heavy duty equipment

Coordinate work orders, inspections, and repairs with technicians

Monitor equipment performance and address issues proactively

Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables

Source, order, and track parts from suppliers

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and documentation standards

Maintain accurate records and logs for all maintenance activities

Preferred Backgrounds:
Fleet maintenance in the transportation or logistics sector

Heavy equipment maintenance in construction or rental operations

Mechanical coordination roles in municipal public works or utility services

Preventive maintenance planning in industrial or plant environments

What We Offer:
Competitive annual salary ($55,000-$70,000)

Monday to Friday work schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de l’entretien de la flotte ayant de l'expérience dans les domaines du transport, de la construction, des services municipaux ou de l’équipement industriel pour soutenir nos opérations d’entretien de l’équipement lourd dans un environnement aéroportuaire.

Ce poste combine planification de l’entretien, gestion des pièces et coordination opérationnelle. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement, la fiabilité et la sécurité de notre flotte.

Responsabilités principales:
Établir des plans de maintenance préventive pour les équipements lourds

Coordonner les bons de travail, les inspections et les réparations

Surveiller les performances des équipements et intervenir au besoin

Gérer l’inventaire des pièces de rechange et des consommables

Commander et suivre les pièces auprès des fournisseurs

Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité et aux exigences de documentation

Maintenir des registres précis des activités de maintenance
