- Supervise and manage daily operations of the shop

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Previous experience in team management or retail management preferred
- Ability to develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching to staff members
- Bilingual language skills (if applicable) would be an asset
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
