Apex Systems is a large staffing and consulting firm, and we are looking for **Digital Marketing Manager** to place at our Enterprise Services Client.

**Terms**:12 Month Contract

**Hours**:40 hours p/week

**Location**:Hybrid Model, North York - 2 days a week in office. Off DVP and 401.

**What will you do?**
- Plan and assign digital tasks (copy, design & development) based on the digital offer monthly calendar to internal resources.
- Run weekly stand-up meeting virtually with third-party vendor using Asana board.
- Review daily incoming digital request through the Asana Digital Ticket Form and assign tickets to available resources.
- Develop a detailed project plan with dependencies and critical paths identified.
- Identify and manage risks that would impact the delivery of the project and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Help support and improve adoption and utilization of Marketing Offer calendar for internal and external stakeholders.
- Leads workflow and planning of the internal resources.
- Scope and budget projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Support and participate in QA and UAT.
- Monitor and report on progress, analytics, and metrics.
- Develop plans and monitor progress to deliver on time.
- Ad hoc support such as managing invoicing from vendors and processing payments with AP.

**What do you bring?**
- 4+ years of similar experience
- Strong working knowledge of Asana project management tool (or similar)
- Strong digital project management experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- PMP Certification; any additional certifications Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred
- Familiarity with WordPress and CMS tools, HTML/CSS
- An understanding of accessibility, SEO and Google Analytics
