- **Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements.**:
- **JOB SUMMARY**: Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes frequent tours of the site and all security posts, checking for compliance with all Security policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of services delivered by their team members though monitoring service delivery, output and methodologies. Expected to provide support, guidance and training to Regular Guards and the Supervisor upon request. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

Directs or completes tasks associated with these areas of responsibilities:
Is prepared to perform all duties of a Regular Guard and Supervisor in accord with post orders and company policy. Is ready to work any open post which may occur during the shift.

Supervises Security Guards, outlines tasks and responsibilities, acts to ensure all post orders are followed, established rounds are completed and adequate reports are filed. Addresses complaints, resolves problems and makes disciplinary recommendations to Security Management.

Delivers new hire orientation, training and coaching of security guards. Plans, assigns and directs work. Tracks and reports training statistics to security management (i.e. E-Learning, CPR/FA, Audits, etc.)

Has complete knowledge of all office equipment, security equipment, and alarm panel. Also able to explain and demonstrate all functions of the above to other guards

Has full knowledge of Patrol/ Tour points and site specifics such as, exterior door numbers, pre-action rooms and power rooms. Detailed knowledge of Equinix and customer cage locations, cabinets, and cage numbers is encouraged.

Maintains an accurate and complete Daily Activity Report (DAR). Prepares, files and submits various reports as required.

Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to security
