**Duties**:

- Supervise and manage a team of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with post orders and security protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
- Respond promptly to emergent events, issues, and client requests.
- Initiate preliminary investigations and write detailed incident reports.
- Utilize de-escalation skills to manage conflicts and resolve issues.
- Foster a teamwork-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to security staff.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records.
- Distribute and manage security equipment inventory.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
- Effectively manage high-stress situations and maintain composure under pressure.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while being alert and detail-oriented.
- Ability to exercise vigilance and multitask (Ability to prioritize, remain calm, and multitask under pressure in a dynamic environment).
- Proficient in using technology.
- Experience in proper search techniques.
- Ability to generate all relevant shift reports and distribute them in a timely manner.
- Proficient in writing clear and detailed reports.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a security and/or supervisory role.
- Strong physical presence and the ability to command respect.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in writing clear and detailed reports.
- Strong de-escalation skills and the ability to handle conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
- Must maintain a valid Provincial Security Guard License and certifications as required by local regulations, including First Aid.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
