**Administrat**ive Coordinator - Lanigan, SK**

Procor Limited manages Canada's largest private tank car lease fleet and operated an extensive repair network across the country. Our fleet has grown to include more than 31,000 special purpose tank and freight cars. Procor also operates 27 repair locations servicing the petroleum, petrochemicals, plastics, chemicals, fertilizers and food markets.

We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable Administrative Coordinator at our Lanigan location. This opportunity is perfect for someone with experience looking for a stable position in an organization that offers advancement.

**Primary Shift Schedule**: Mon - Fri 7:30 m - 4:00 pm (In-Office)

**Hourly Pay Rate**: $32.03

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support fleet maintenance and railcar repair operations. This role involves data entry, documentation, billing coordination, and communication with internal and external partners. Fleet maintenance or rail industry experience is an asset.

**Essential Functions**:

- Prepare railcar repair write-ups and maintenance documentation
- Enter and maintain data in RPI, RAS Data, Railinc, and customer systems
- Maintain railcar inventory, status, assignments, and history
- Prepare billing repair cards (BRCs) and support invoicing processes
- Generate mid-month and month-end invoice packages
- Track repair projects and review work orders for accuracy
- Requisition materials for mobile/onsite repairs and support inventory counts
- Input labor, attendance, and payroll-related information
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries
- Support onboarding, training records, and mandatory training sessions
- Participate in safety and operations meetings

**Skills/Specifications**:

- Strong computer skills: ability to quickly learn new systems
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
- Experience with ADP or unionized payroll environments is an asset
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fleet maintenance or rail industry experience preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in related industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical testing
