**Annual Salary: $123,493 - $160,173**

The Psychologist will be responsible for completing comprehensive psychological assessments, consultation, treatment and discharge planning for clients with a wide range of mental health issues within the Eating Disorder Program. This role requires a demonstrated appreciation of people-centred, strength based, holistic care including the importance of accessibility, accountability, best practices modalities. This role may also engage in community education, program development, research and consultation with community partners throughout Northwestern Ontario. Occasional travel may be required.

**Qualifications**:

- Registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Experience with evidence-based and best practice approaches to psychological interventions related to Eating disorders and comorbid mental health conditions
- Experience with time-limited psychological interventions, both individual, group and family, with youth and adults
- Experience working with health issues related to Eating Disorders
- Experience with multidisciplinary bio-psychosocial models of treatment
- Demonstrated clinical decision making capabilities, problem solving, time management and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of Northern and Indigenous communities
- Skill/experience in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tests
- Experience in research, program evaluation, and knowledge transfer preferred
- Experience in program evaluation, data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of relevant legislation: Mental Health Act; Health Care Consent Act; Occupational Health and Safety Act; etc
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work

**Assets**:

- Experience in Family Based Therapy an asset
