Input Cowork is a shared office space with the vision of creating a vibrant and welcoming creative/tech community here in downtown Nanaimo. We’re on the lookout for a Cowork Manager to run the space with a smile and cheerful can-do attitude.

As the Cowork Manager, you’re a great host, a people person, and you’re not afraid to gently remind folks of the rules that keep things humming along smoothly. You’ll cheerfully onboard new members, answer questions, and help out when groups are hosting events or parties in the space. You don’t mind cleaning up, including the kitchen and bathrooms, and you understand that the best leaders serve and lead by example. You take pride in your space and notice the details.

Some of your tasks will be technical, like using software to manage memberships, assigning key fob access, posting to social media, and generally being an administrator for the building.

Regular Duties
- Daily clean up, preferably early in the morning or after hours
- Make a pot of coffee in the morning
- Greet new members at the door and set them up with access
- Receive packages at the door
- Set up meeting room bookings using Google calendar
- Use a Square POS terminal for drop-in purchases
- Use Stripe dashboard to manage ongoing memberships
- Use software to encode fob keys for members
- Run the occasional errand (office supplies, coffee, groceries)

Pay & Benefits
- $18 / hr, full time
- Monday to Friday work schedule, weekends and holidays off
