Mississauga, Canada Prudent Law Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated Wills and Estates lawyer to join our growing team of professionals in Mississauga, Ontario. There is an opportunity to independently lead and run this department within the firm in the future. The associate will be given full encouragement and support to bring in files as an additional source of revenue.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

- 3+ years experience in the areas of wills and estates
- Strong legal, research and drafting skills combined with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of PC Law and other relevant wills and estates law software
- Strong work ethic, file management and advocacy skills
