Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and execution of the company's marketing and communications plan. In this role, you will ensure the implementation and monitoring of projects, support the team in the development of strategies, and help increase the visibility of Indigo Group Canada.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Deploy the global marketing and communication strategy in close collaboration with the marketing team
- Coordinate the work of external agencies (press relations, graphic designers and digital partners)
- Participate in the planning and development of any promotion involving Indigo.
- Coordinate the production of sales support tools to support operations in the acquisition of new B2B contracts (brochures, service presentations, etc.)
- Participate in the redesign and standardization of production of all on-site signage media (signs, displays, trim, Indigo cars, etc.)
- Participate in the organization and logístical coordination of events and exhibitions
- Participate punctually in any other task/project related to marketing operations and business development across Canada
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or any other relevant field
- 2+ years work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very strong ability to work in a team, on several projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a larger team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an asset
