**Essential Functions**

We are in search of a conveyancer who will work closely with our lawyers and be responsible for the following:

- Provide on-site intermediate to senior level conveyancing skills, including all facets of residential purchase and sale transactions and real estate financing;
- Be familiar with eConveyance and LTSA to generate the documents required and have good file flow management skills;
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to consistently meet deadlines, ability to take initiative and limited need for supervision.

This position offers very competitive compensation and is initially contract, with the potential for it to be a full-time salary position within six months.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $5,000.00-$6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- conveyancing: 2 years (preferred)
