**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Carry out autobody repairs such as panel replacement, fenders and bumpers repairs, and structural frame work.
- Operate frame straightening and welding equipment.
- Grind, sand, fill, and shape surfaces for proper fit and finish.
- Reassemble vehicles to factory specifications.
- Work closely with estimators and painters to ensure seamless workflow.
- Adhere to OEM and industry repair standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

**What You Bring**:

- Journeyman or Red Seal certification.
- 5+ years of autobody experience preferred.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset.
