**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role is essential to our operations, providing support in various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our projects. Laborers will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and effectively.

**Duties**
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
