**Summary**:
Reporting to the Merchandise Sourcing Manager, the Merchandise Operations Coordinator is responsible for the master data integrity of merchandise in our supply chain and enterprise resource planning software (SAP & JDA), including: data entry, setup and maintenance of SKU/article master, vendor master, costing, pricing, promotions, merchandise hierarchy and batch job scheduling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs master data setup, data entry and maintenance of SKUs for all categories using SAP and JDA.
- Ensures alignment of SKU creation and pricing between Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Canada.
- Creates purchase orders (PO) for the receipt of product in the Bass Pro Shops Canada retail stores from the Canadian DC.
- Follows up with the 3PL provider on DC load closure notifications for products requiring a receipt PO.
- Enters and maintains pricing and promotions in JDA and SAP for the Canadian business.
- Validates that all SKUs flowing from the Canadian DC have a Cabela’s Canada alternate vendor connected to them with costing.
- Processes seasonal adjustments to article pricing and status.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in business administration or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 2 to 4 years of administrative work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work within a team as well as cross functional departments.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Adapts to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Product/lifestyle knowledge is considered an asset.
