**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Model UN program that aligns with the goals and values of the school.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance students’ understanding of international relations, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to individual students to help them improve their performance.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to support the needs of the Model UN team and promote the importance of Model UN education.
- Coordinate logistics for Model UN conferences, including registration, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Stay informed about current global events, issues, and trends to ensure students are well-prepared for Model UN conferences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, diplomacy, and mutual respect among students.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Model UN at a high level is an asset. Strong knowledge of Model UN formats, rules, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals. Outstanding expertise in coaching and mentoring.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for international relations and global issues.
