WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Report to the Technical Lead.
- You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to verify that functionality works seamlessly across Workday products.
- You’ll lead the development of the test strategy, plan and scenarios to be tested - working with the various stakeholders to ensure the domain specific and end to end test scenarios care captured in the overall test plan.
- You’ll be responsible for developing a test plan that ensures the maximization of resource time and aligns with the project schedule - sequencing the testing as appropriate to maximize testing efficiency.
- You will direct the project team in completing the testing through the unit testing, E2E, and regression testing phases and be responsible for ensuring issues are logged with sufficient detail and priority.
- You will follow up with both internal and external resources as required to ensure issues are resolved and re-tested in a timely manner.
- You will work with the Technical Lead and Project Manager to ensure the project’s quality standards are met
- You’ll proactively consider issues from an employee perspective, while bringing a pragmatic approach to solving issues.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- You have prior experience working on a Workday Financials deployment in a Test Lead role.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skillset in developing test scripts, test plans, and guiding business and technical stakeholders in developing test scripts
- You have demonstrated ability to coordinate with business and functional team members to derive requirements, design and implement solutions, complete testing required to ensure the solutions meet the requirements
- You have led or supported the development of Finance related testing with an ERP system (preferably Workday).
