- Support HR in maintaining consistency in service delivery, driving standardization, and sharing best practices across the organization.
- Review, test, and implement bi-annual Workday releases, analyze impacts, and present suggested new features prioritized by business partners.
- Maintain master data values in Workday, such as Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, and Locations.
- Stay updated on new functionality and implement improvements to support HR service delivery.
Qualifications:
- You possess a related University Degree or an equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience.
- You have 4+ years of progressive experience in Workday at an advisor functional level across multiple modules (Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Learning, etc.).
