We are seeking a leader capable of leading cross-functional teams with mínimal supervision and who is comfortable making difficult decisions. We use Agile (Scrum) development methodology, and you will work with engineering counterparts to execute the roadmap and define the associated release requirements for the development team.
- YOU ARE GREAT AT:
- Enabling the product development teams by ensuring that their vision for product quality, scalability and extensibility are reflected in the roadmap
- You must be able to communicate, influence and pursue your vision with key business stakeholders.
- Working closely with Product Owners and Development team leads to ensure the successful execution of roadmap deliverables
- Defining product requirements through communication with Sales, Marketing, IT and Operations.
- Managing all aspects of the product life cycle by working with all functional areas within the company.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 3+ years of experience in product management in software.
- Experience in e-commerce; systems for handling orders, customers, products, licenses and integrations with back-office systems like Salesforce and SAP
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills; capable of handling ambiguity.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with an Agile development process.
