**Position Summary**: As a vital member of our Project Management team, you'll work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents, guiding construction projects from design and estimation to successful completion. Your exceptional organizational skills will ensure that project documentation is meticulously organized, and information flows seamlessly throughout the project team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of contract administration for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the estimating department to generate accurate project budgets.
- Facilitate smooth project communication and information flow among all stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date and well-organized project documentation.
- Timely distribution of project information to relevant parties.
- Prepare and maintain monthly project cost reports.
- Track Change Order lists and Back-charge lists.
- Process and monitor shop drawings.
- Assist in coordinating the submission, distribution, and approval of shop drawings.
- Track and manage Site Instructions (SI) and Requests for Information (RFI) to and from customers.
- Effectively communicate with trades, parties, and job sites.
- Prepare trade contracts and ensure their execution.
- Assemble and distribute bid documents for trade and supplier bidding.
- Monitor document distribution, deadlines, and process bid submissions.
- Regularly update and maintain project schedules.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project delays and schedule revisions, working with Project Managers to resolve scheduling issues.
- Provide support in estimating tasks.
- Identify task assignments from site meeting minutes.
- Ensure field documentation is up to date, including drawings, SI, addendum, H&S registrations, H&S orientation forms, and contact lists.
- Collaborate with field staff for timely submission of receipts, schedule status reports, field authorizations, time sheets, red lines, field reports, etc.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the President and Project Managers.
- Assist team members with overflow workloads when needed.

**Job Specifications**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- A Master's Degree is considered an asset.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physical Conditions_ - Prolonged sitting and use of computer appliances in an office environment.
- Psychological Conditions_ - Completing deadlines,

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
