**About the position**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor leads and organizes the day to day activities of our Richmond warehouse in order to provide exemplary service to our customers.

**Where you’ll work**:Richmond, BC, 5 days per week on site.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead, coach and performance manage a team of 20-25 unionized employees.
- Responsible for maintaining acceptable levels of quality control regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
- Plan and manage work schedules ensuring adequate coverage during employee vacations, absences, and training.
- Lead incident investigations by gathering and documenting evidence, determining root cause, and developing solutions.
- Develop, manage and execute logistic and production schedules.

**What you’ll need**:

- Completion of two (2) years post-secondary education.
- Five (5) years of warehouse experience, three (3) of which in a supervisory or management role
- Chemical process industry experience an asset.
- Proven knowledge of administering labor and union contracts and grievance procedures.
