**Position Overview**:
Explore an exciting career opportunity as a Client Services Manager at Parkland Food Bank. The Client Services Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing day-to-day operations related to client services, fostering positive client relationships, and providing support to our Clients Supervisor staff members.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Supervision and Mentorship**:_
- Oversee and provide mentorship to the Client Services Supervisors.
- Ensure the team is equipped to handle day-to-day client service operations effectively.
- **Client Relationships**:_
- Serve as the point of contact for clients with complex needs.
- Address client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:_
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the overall client experience.
- Actively engage with the community and local partners to expand the food bank's reach.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**:_
- Collect and analyze client-related data to inform decision-making.
- Identify trends in demand, improve resource allocation, and develop targeted outreach programs.
- **Crisis Management**:_
- Play a crucial role in adapting operational strategies during crises or increased demand.
- Collaborate with the executive team for broader crisis management and strategic planning.
- **Internal Communication**:_
- Act as a liaison between frontline staff and the executive team.
- Ensure smooth communication channels, streamlining internal processes for a cohesive organizational culture.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Nonprofit Management, etc.) preferred.
- Community Support Worker Diploma will be considered.
- Proven experience in client services, operations management, or related roles.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
**Job Type**:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Hours of work may vary and can include evenings and weekends.
**To Apply**:
**Salary**: $58,240.00-$66,560.00 per year
**Benefits**:
