**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Service Coordinator/CSR who will serve as the primary liaison between customers and our field service teams. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently organizing and coordinating service calls, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring that our service delivery meets the high standards our clients expect. This position is perfect for an individual who remains positive under pressure, excels at multitasking, and is ready to handle the rigors of the trades industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Service Call Coordination**:

- Schedule and dispatch field technicians efficiently while maintaining clear lines of communication with all parties.
- **Customer Interactions & Issue Resolution**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, providing information about services, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, de-escalating tense situations, and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Administrative & Reporting Duties**:

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of service calls, client interactions, and technician schedules in our service management system.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports summarizing service activities and client feedback.
- **Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with technicians and internal departments to streamline processes, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Offer suggestions for process improvements based on client feedback and operational challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience & Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or service coordination, preferably within the trades industry.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems (MS Office, CRM, service management software) is highly desired.
- A positive, resilient attitude with “thick skin” to handle challenging customer interactions and high-pressure situations.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
