- Utilizing your technical skills you will:

- Deploy desktops and peripherals following deployment documentation and checklists
- Perform complex hardware and/or software upgrades to existing equipment
- Perform network connections for desktops and printers
- Perform troubleshooting to determine and resolve the root cause of most hardware or software malfunctions at the deskside level
- Perform complex moves, adds, changes of computer equipment
- Follow documentation and direction as required on projects
- Provide proper and prompt updates on projects and documentation assigned on daily basis
- Provide Mobility support (iPhones, iPads, Android Tablets etc..)
- Provide onsite and remote support.
- What we need:
- A college or University education within Electronics or Computer Science
- An A+ Certification and MCP
- Two years of experience with desktop deployments, network troubleshooting and upgrades
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the phone
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. regularly
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Availability for regular work assignments in the evening and on weekends
- Willingness to travel
