**Opportunity**

Agile Healthcare Solutions, a leading staffing agency in the healthcare industry, is currently seeking a Developmental Support Worker to join our team in the Scarborough, ON. The Developmental Service Worker will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with developmental challenges, helping them achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and care to individuals with developmental challenges, including personal care, feeding, and medication management
- Develop and implement individualized support plans based on the needs and goals of each individual
- Monitor and document progress toward goals and communicate any concerns to the appropriate parties
- Support individuals with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation
- Provide emotional and social support and encourage their participation in community activities
- Work collaboratively with other members of the support team, including families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

**Key Requirements**:

- Completion of a recognized Health Science program or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year experience working with individuals with developmental challenges
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overnights
- First Aid and CPR certification is a must
- Vulnerability Sector Check
- Safe Management Training or will be provided

**Education**:

- Diploma in healthcare program

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- On call

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (preferred)
