As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for all administrative activities related to New York accounts. You will act as an expert and the primary point of contact for clients and the advisory team, ensuring fast, accurate, and efficient service.

**Your role**:

- Ensure the opening of NY accounts and guarantee compliance with regulations.
- Manage enrollment in NY products, guiding clients through the process.
- Process NY transactions while adhering to deadlines and established procedures.
- Provide support and expertise to clients and the advisory teams.
- Manage the lifecycle of NY administrative tasks, including updates and follow-ups on files.

**Prerequisites**:

- University or college degree, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in customer service and operational support.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and systems.
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and team spirit.
