**Key Responsibilities**:
Gather, analyze, and translate business and functional requirements from healthcare stakeholders in both English and French.

Work closely with business users, solution architects, and technical teams to define end-to-end processes across healthcare systems.

Support initiatives related to **EHR/EMR systems**, **claims processing**, **member/patient data**, or **regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PHIPA)**.

Create business process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents.

Participate in **UAT (User Acceptance Testing)**, validating system functionality against business needs.

Facilitate bilingual meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure clear communication across stakeholders.

Support change management, data migration, and system enhancement activities.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**8+ years of experience** as a Business Analyst, including at least **3+ years in the Healthcare domain**.

**Fluency in both English and French** (verbal and written) is mandatory.

Strong understanding of healthcare operations, terminology, and compliance standards.

Proven ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation.

Hands-on experience with tools like **JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio**, and **MS Excel**.

Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:
Experience with **data integration, interoperability (FHIR, HL7)**, or **analytics projects**.

Background in **Agile/Scrum** environments.

Familiarity with **Canadian healthcare systems or regulations (PHIPA, OHIP)**.
