**About the Role**
**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead integration of CCG software across a customer’s computational infrastructure. Including but not limited to relational database systems, web services, machine learning architectures, and other 3rd party software.
- Manage customer deployments and provide on-going support including updates required with new CCG software releases.
- Initiate and lead remote and on-site client meetings to gather customer requirements, analyze infrastructure and provide practical and actionable solutions.
- Identify and recommend product enhancements that will ease and streamline deployment efforts.
- Act as a spokesperson to sell the vision of an organization-wide MOE installation and help realize the intermediate goals needed to achieve such an installation.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with experience deploying enterprise software solutions in customer environments. Experience in the life sciences sector is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively in collaborative, customer-facing roles.
- Extensive programming experience, with a strong ability to think programmatically. Experience with modern technologies such as Python, Java, RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML. Familiarity with SOAP and MySQL is also valued.
- Solid understanding of operating systems, with hands-on experience in both Microsoft Windows and Linux environments.
- Practical scripting skills in Windows (PowerShell, batch) and Unix/Linux (Bash), including experience with system-level tasks such as compiling software (e.g., Make, C/C++).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as grid engines, queuing systems, and job control tools.
- Strong networking knowledge, including proxies, SSL, certificates, firewalls, ports, and sockets.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Diriger l’intégration des logiciels de CCG à l’infrastructure informatique du client, incluant, sans s’y limiter, les bases de données relationnelles, les services web, les architectures d’apprentissage automatique et autres logiciels tiers.
- Gérer les déploiements clients et assurer un soutien continu, y compris les mises à jour requises avec les nouvelles versions des logiciels de CCG.
- Initier et diriger des réunions clients à distance et sur site pour recueillir les besoins des clients, analyser l'infrastructure et fournir des solutions pratiques et exploitables.
- Identifier et recommander des améliorations aux produits afin de faciliter et d’optimiser les efforts de déploiement.
- Promouvoir la vision d’une installation MOE à l’échelle organisationnelle et contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs intermédiaires nécessaires.
- Être une ressource respectée et digne de confiance pour nos clients.
**Exigences**
- Maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et parlé.
- Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat) en informatique ou dans un domaine technique connexe, avec une expérience dans le déploiement de solutions logicielles en environnement client. Une expérience dans le secteur des sciences de la vie est un atout majeur.
- Capacité démontré à mener des projets et à travailler en mode collaboratif avec les clients.
- Solide expérience en programmation et raisonnement algorithmique. Maîtrise des technologies modernes (Python, Java, API RESTful, JSON, XML). Connaissance de SOAP et MySQL appréciée.
- Expertise pratique des systèmes d'exploitation, en particulier Windows et Linux.
- Compétences pratiques en matière de scripts sous Windows (PowerShell, batch) et Unix/Linux (Bash), y compris une expérience des tâches au niveau du système telles que la compilation de logiciels (e.g., Make, C/C++).
- Expérience avec l'infrastructure “cloud”, en particulier Amazon Web Services (AWS), ainsi qu'avec les grilles informatiques, les systèmes de file d'attente et les outils de contrôle des tâches.
